Returns & Exchanges

All of our belts are individually made to order and, consequently, we do not exchange, or refund products that have been ordered in a wrong size, or style.

Therefore, it is very important that you follow the guidelines on our information page, before you place your order. This is especially true if you are ordering the product as a gift.

Should we make a mistake, or in the unlikely event that the product is found to be faulty when you receive it, notification of such needs to be made within 10 days of the date on the invoice, and returned to us as requested.

Once we receive the returned product, and the item is deemed to be faulty, we will decide, at our discretion, whether to repair or replace the item.
